Whether you're recovering from an illness, caring for a loved one, or managing a temporary condition, we issue clear, credible notes that meet most employer or school requirements. No in-person appointment needed—just a quick telehealth consult and your note is on its way.
How it works:
Virtual Visit: Connect with one of our physicians via telehealth and explain your situation or symptoms.
Medical Review: The doctor assesses your condition and determines if documentation is appropriate.
Note Issued: If approved, an official note is emailed to you—typically the same day—customized for school, work, or return-to-duty.
Optional Follow-Up: If your condition extends, we can provide an updated note after a re-evaluation.

Timeliness: Most notes are delivered the same day as your visit.
