Our Prescription Service provides fast, safe access to common medications without the need for in-person visits. Whether you’re seeking a new prescription, a refill, or treatment for a non-emergency condition, our ER-trained physicians evaluate your needs virtually and, when appropriate, send prescriptions directly to your preferred pharmacy for pickup at your convenience.* Every prescription is based on a real-time medical assessment to ensure your safety and care continuity.
How it works:
Telehealth Visit: Speak with one of our board-certified emergency physicians via video or phone.
Clinical Evaluation: The doctor reviews your symptoms, history, and medication request. If needed, they may request a call for further clarification.
Prescription Sent: If deemed appropriate, a prescription is sent to the pharmacy of your choice.*
Follow-Up Support: We assist with clarifications, renewals, or coordinating care for longer-term treatment.
Other Info:
Prescribed Medications: Antibiotics, antivirals, UTI treatment, allergy relief, birth control, dermatologic meds, blood pressure, and more.
Pharmacy Choice: Prescriptions can be sent to your local or mail-order pharmacy for easy pickup.*
Eligibility: If you do not already have an established diagnosis, we may not be able to provide certain prescriptions.
Physician Discretion: The prescribing doctor may request a follow-up call to ensure the medication is appropriate.
Important Limitation: We do not prescribe any controlled substances, including narcotics or ADHD medications.**
